Work permit forms must be dropped off or mailed to the GLSA Office prior to being scheduled to referee games for the 2023 Spring season.
1. Complete the Letter of Intent to Hire.
2. Gather the child's Social Security card and proof of age (birth certificate)
3. Make an appointment with your school Principal to obtain the permit. Please DO NOT make an appointment with your Principal until you have your documentation together. Work Permits are good for one year from date of issue.

Microsoccer referee clinics are held twice each year, March and August. The next clinics will be held at the GLSA Office on Saturday, March 18, 2023, 1-4pm, Sunday, March 19, 2023, 1-4pm and Wednesday, March 22, 2023, 5-8pm. New Microsoccer referees must attend one of the clinics. Returning microsoccer referees who have attended two or more clinics including one of the 2022 clinics, must attend one clinic every 12 months. All new and returning GLSA referees must submit a completed Referee Information Form for each season.
