Our highly skilled staff is dedicated to minimizing the amount of time lost due to injury and return the athlete to completion as soon as possible. To find a specific location please click here.
Our services at the Libertyville Soccer Complex include on-field injury management, on-call physicians, injury screening/evaluation, injury prevention, and first-aid for all players of GLSA and visiting teams. Please contact us via email with any specific questions regarding a player.
If a physician referral is needed, please refer to one of IBJI’s 90 on staff physicians to accommodate your need at www.ibji.com. For a specific doctor, please contact GLSA’s Head Athletic Trainer at mrepa@ibji.com. An appointment can be scheduled within 24 hours. Free injury screenings are available at all of our IBJI locations.
