Teams accepted on first come-first serve basis

Fees: 

U8-U11  $425.00

U12-U19  $475.00

Club Discounts:

Clubs sending 10+ teams together receive $25/team discount, must contact the Tournament Director if you are planning to apply as a club, and take advantage of the discount.

Parking Fees:

Team Parking Fees will be charged prior to the event in lieu of charging at the gate.  No individual passes will be sold at the gate.  U8-U11  $50.00 per team

 U12-U19  $75.00 per team

Multiple child refunds will be given.  See parking FAQ's.

Hosted at Interland

Shuttles to the 85 shops, boutiques, and restaurants in Downtown Libertyville will run approximately every 15 minutes from 10:30AM to 4:30PM.  Pick up and return will be located at the MainStreet Libertyville tent on Saturday, May 24th.

Registration will be held at the Libertyville Indoor Sports Complex located just northwest of the outdoor complex on the corner of Route 45 and Peterson Road (Click for Map) on Thursday, May 22nd from 3-9 pm and Friday May 23rd from 3-9 pm.  There will be NO on-site registration or Saturday registration.  ALL TEAMS MUST REGISTER THURSDAY OR FRIDAY.

As a modification to the Application to host, u8 and u9 age groups will play 6v6 on a 35x50 (estimate) sized field, maximum roster size of 14 will still apply.  U10-U11 will play 8v8 on intermediate sized fields and U12-U19 will play 11v11 on full sized fields.
